Esperienza fantastica. Un piatto più buono dell'altro. Bavarese strepitosa. Possibilità di piatti celiaci, pasta senza glutine e riso. Ci tornerei subito. Complimenti allo staff, gentili e simpatici
Overall, the restaurant wasn’t great value for money. The quality of the food was quite good in general - in particular, the scallops and risotto were really great and so was the tiramisu at the end!
Overall, recommend this place if you must
Food was excellent and the service was also good. Pork fillet was also good, can be very dry if overcooked but was done well. Seabass was a thumbs up.
Sehr gutes Restaurant im ruhigen Innenhof des Hyatt Hotels.
Es gibt sehr gute italienische Küche mit für die Lage akzeptablen Preise.
Der Service war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Arrived back on Murano late on a National holiday, food places closed early along with most other places. Found Osteriva and they were very accomodating. A very warm welcome from the lady from the bar (around 8:45) who was happy to show us to the restaurant and arranged a table for us speaking with the restaurant staff. The restaurant staff showed us the same warm and 5 star level of service, and we were soon enjoying fantastic food with the best bread we have had in Italy. The relief tasted almost as good as the pork fillet and ravioli. The wine list is extensive, the staff were knowledgeable in this area and I immensely enjoyed my choice.
Superb! Friendly staff, delicious food and a beautiful setting.
The breakfast buffet offers plenty of variety. Fresh fruit, sautés veggies, hot omelettes and bacon … the best part of the experience is the staff! Courteous and professional.
Amazing hotel, but need to do something about the little dictator ordering you where to sit at breakfast.
Good restaurant at the Hyatt Centric Murano Hotel in Murano. Friendly staffs. It was a delicious dinner at our stay in the hotel. Definitely a recommendation for a dinner in Murano. In the morning is the restaurant area the breakfast area.
Will definitely be back soon!!Thank you for the amazing experience, high quality food and amazing service !!
Un service impeccable
Les plats très copieux et très bon et frais
Nous avons passé un excellent moment
De plus un menu à 45€ qui les vaut totalement

I was a guest at the Hotel and had dinner here one night.
The space is really nice. There's a lot of space between guests, each table is decorated with local glass art. I really enjoyed hanging out there.
Service was pretty slow but we were warned that it would be because of lack of staff in advance. If they tell you that, believe them, we left the restaurant 2 hours later.
The food:
The best dish was the gnocchi in mushroom sauce. The mushrooms were fresh and very flavorful, the sauce well executed and the gnocchi pretty chewy.
Second came the mussel spaghetti: very strongly seafood-y, perfect al dente cooking.
If I leave you with one piece of advice: stick to antipasti. This is their strength.
Other dishes:
Side vegetables: basically a simple ratatouille, which is very well priced and very enjoyable! The vegetable flavors blend together nicely, and seasoning gets out of the way.
Secondi - calamari & artichoke: biggest let down. They stuffed the calmar with some paste, I still don't know exactly what it was, but the flavors weren't there. The artichoke looked great, but it was hard to find an edible piece to it. The leaves were not fried enough to be edible (basically fibers in your mouth), and the core was really tiny.
Secondi - pork belly: the pork was dryer than I expected and the sauce lacked interesting flavors (mostly fat & salt here).
Accompanying bread: while home-made, the bread could use a bit more work. It's lacking a bit of flavor, the crumb is too dense and the crust too thick. I think some levain and longer proofing time would help.
Dessert - profiteroles (nutella): the inside of the profiterole isn't ice cream (it's room temperature vanilla cream), just beware. It is also topped with pure nutella. Very decadent.
Overall, this is a great place to dine in if you stick with pasta and side dishes. Excellent for a romantic dinner. The secondi would need a little bit more work for this price point.
Great menu fixé with wine pairing - delicious.
